Sonia Azóia

A pastry graduate, Sónia entered the world of cakes in 2004, when she volunteered to work at a renowned bakery in Leiria. It was no surprise that she realized that this would be a lifelong love. Making cakes is what makes her happy!

His professional career includes names such as Le Cordon Bleu, in London, and Isto Faz-se, in Lisbon.

Learning, researching and developing recipes is her passion! Combined with another, that of teaching. As a result of this, she now dedicates herself, heart and soul, to sharing what she knows on her blog “Pastelaria Online”.
