Beatriz Ramos holds a degree in Food Production in Catering and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Innovation in Culinary Arts and Sciences, where she is developing her thesis in the area of children's food literacy, with the support of a scholarship awarded by the Cascais City Council.
Between practice and research, she divides her time between working as a private chef and collaborating with the Cascais Food Lab, exploring the relationship between food education, creativity, and innovation.
It was at the age of 18, when she began her degree, that she discovered the world of cake design, deepening this journey at Sophia Fox's studio, where she built her creative identity and artistic vision.
